We sold our apartment in Es Cana through remax, with the wonderful Kevin Gall. The whole thing was dealt with smoothly and professionally. We actually managed to complete within a year of deciding to sell, so quickly as well. Having a house in Ibiza! This is thanks to Remax and in particular to Mattia and Helena who immediately trusted us and followed us along the way.

Buying an apartment in Ibiza is a different story than in the Netherlands. Through the Internet we found a nice apartment on the coast. We contacted the selling broker Sevan Eker from RE/MAX. A Dutchman we were happy to learn! Without his help we would have pulled out. The language problems, having to contact several authorities and the fact that we couldn’t be in Ibiza during the entire process would have cause to many issues without Sevan. But from the first contact Sevan accompanied us everywhere. He accompanied us to the authorities assessed the Spanish documents and was available seven days a week for questions. After the transfer at the notary, he was available to lend a helping hand. We have just finished our first four weeks in our new vacation apartment. It was so great!
